We are Paddle Ibiza and we want to introduce you to the world of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP). Gliding over the incredible colours of Ibiza’s sea can be tranquil and calming or, turn up the heat, and it can be an intense training session making your heart pound and muscles ache. At whatever velocity you choose it never fails to work your tum, bum and overall core. We want to share this sport and this incredible island with as many people as possible. SUP is good for the body and amazing for the soul; try it and we’re sure you’ll agree.

    What a brilliant thing to do when in Ibiza… we had a two hour lesson, in the most beautiful bays with clear blue sea. Stunning scenery all around us.
    Being completely new to SUP / paddle boarding I was totally out of my comfort zone , but Luke and Sarah put me at ease straight away. They were great teachers, and a lot of fun.
    The hours flew by, it was so tranquil and calming – I’m hooked and can’t wait to go again !

    We wanted to try this ; with experienced hosts and could not have found better ones than Luke and Sarah . They selected such a suitable spot on the Island ; ideal to learn and grow in confidence in this growing sport . Willing to share the board with younger ones not so confident , that allowed them to go solo. Races and snacks added to the experience , and equipment first class . Thank you !

    We had never done SUP before but we had such a blast! Sarah and Luke are very patient in explaining how it works, we experimented with some Yoga on the boards and they showed us some great places. Great low impact workout or just a lovely time spend on the water, we love to SUP now! Next time we do a sunset sup for sure.
